Hello, allow me to introduce myself!  

 

My name is Emily Johnson, and I sell real estate in Virginia.  My office is located in Colonial Heights, Virginia.  I am a native of the area.  I presently live in Richmond, but have also lived in the tri- cities area for 25 years. I know the area!!!

 

I love the Real Estate profession and have been licensed since 1994 with the State of Virginia.  My experience includes Property Management, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Sales.  I am the recipient of the Property Management Production Award  and  the Platinum Sales Award for Residential Properties.  

 

 I especially like the renovation of older homes and new construction with attention to the kitchen design.  I have recently worked with an architect on my personal home on a three year redesign project.  This has been most valuable for me in assisting my customers on new construction.
